NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 10th Annual Meeting of the
Shareholders of MILLENNIUM HEIGHTS ASSOCIATION INC. will be
held on Saturday 14th of May, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. at the Clubhouse,
Millennium Heights, Welches, St. Thomas. Barbados.

1. Appointment of the Chairman and Secretary of the Meeting Approval
of Agenda
2. Tabling of Notice and establishment of a quorum
3. Approval of the minutes of the 9th Annual General Meeting which
was held on the 18th April, 2015
4. Matters arising from the Minutes
5. Chairman’s Report and adoption of the Audited Financial
Statements of the Company for the year ended April 2015
6. Election of Directors
7. Appointment of Auditors
8. Any other business which may properly come before the Meeting or
any adjournment thereof
